Terms and Conditions

General Overview

-  These terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchase of custom uniforms, apparel, and related products from Squared Away Sports Apparel, LLC. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

Customization & Design Approval

-  Design Proofs:  all custom orders require customer approval of digital proofs before production. 

-  Customer Responsibility:  the customer is responsible for verifying spelling, colors, logos, number placement, and sizing before approval.

-  Final Sale:  Once a design is approved and production begins, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted.

Production Timelines

-  Estimated lead Times:  production timelines are estimates only and may vary based on order volume, supply availability, and customization. 

-  Delays:  The Company is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, supply chain issues, weather, or customer proof-approval delays. 

Sizing & Fit

-  Customer Responsibility:  Customers are responsible for selecting the correct sizes based off provided size charts.

-  Fit Kits (IF provided):  Fit kits must be returned by the agreed-upon date in original condition. Lost or damaged items may incur replacement fees.

Quality & Color Disclaimer

-  Color Variations:  Minor color differences may occur due to fabric type, printing method, or digital screen differences, this is not considered a defect.

-  Fabric & Fit Variations:  Due to manufacturing processes, minor variations in fit and measurements may occur and are considered standard in apparel production. 

Shipping & Delivery

-  Carrier Responsibility:  Once shipped, the carrier is responsible for the delivery. Lost or delayed shipments must be handled through the carrier.  Customer is responsible for all shipping fees unless otherwise stated. 

Warranty

-  Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects upon arrival. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or improper care, or damage caused by customer.

Limitation of Liability

Company's liability for any claim is limited to the value for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.


Return and Refund Policy

Due to custom uniforms being made specifically for each customer's order, we follow specialized return policy to ensure product quality while protecting the customization process. 


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

-  Custom uniforms cannot be returned or refunded once:  a design has been approved, or the item has been customized with logos, names, numbers, or alterations.  THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS (LIMITED SITUATIONS)

-  Returns will only be accepted if:  the items arrives defective, the customization contains an error caused by us, or the incorrect item was shipped.  To qualify, customer must notify us within seven (7) business days of delivery with photos of the issues.

RESTOCKING FEE (20%)

-  For any approved return or exchange that is not the fault of the company (e.g., customer ordered the wrong size, changed their mind, or returned a noncustomized item):  a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or applied to the exchange. This fee covers inspection, repacking, and inventory processing.

EXCHANGES

-  the item was unused, unworn, and unwashed, all original packaging is included, the uniform was NOT CUSTOMIZED, OR the error is on our part.

Size exchanges for customized items are not permitted, unless a manufacturing error is verified. 

SHIPPING COSTS

- IF the mistake is ours, we cover the return shipping.  IF the return is customer-initiated, the customer is responsible for the return shipping plus the 20% restocking fee.
