At Squared Away Sports Apparel LLC, our mission is to provide high-quality custom full sublimation services that cater to your unique needs. We believe that every design tells a story, and we are here to help you express yours with style. We offer a variety of sports apparel ranging from Slow & Fast Pitch Softball, Baseball, Football, Basketball, & More....

Average turn around on team order are 3-5 BUSINESS weeks - varies based on season and size of order
RUSH orders are available upon request & approval
Orders will not go into production until we receive half of payment. Purchase orders are available upon request.

1. $60 Art/Setup fee is due prior to beginning the artwork process.

2. Payment methods we accept Credit Card, Check, PAYPAL, ZELLE, CASH APP, & VENMO.

3. Upon artwork/mock approval and order form submission, PAYMENT is due immediately before we go into production.

4. Mock-up takes about 2-4 business days to receive from graphic designer.

5. Production takes about 3-5 business weeks once we partial payment.

6. Rush orders are available upon request/approval and require an additional fee.

ARTWORK FEE DOES NOT GIVE CUSTOMERS RIGHTS TO ANY OF THE ARTWORK VECTOR FILES. THIS FEE COVERS THE COST OF OUR GRAPHIC DESIGNERS TIME TO DESIGN AND BUILD EACH TEAM LAYOUT.

ARTWORK FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE ARTWORK HAS BEEN STARTED.

PLEASE NOTE: The package pricing is only for the initial order. Players that are added on after initial order is completed WILL NOT receive this player package pricing and will be charged regular add-on pricing per item. You do have a 48-hour grace period to make changes to the team roster and add-on without additional fees. ADD-ONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL IN ORDER TO GO INTO PRODUCTION.
